The tick is pretty loud but when you are cooking you can’t really hear it. Because you can see the elapsed time and the time to go, it seems to make secondary timings very easy. It’s a light hearted product and all the better for it. I would have given it 5 stars if it felt a little more robust. Nevertheless it comes fully recommended.
