It's sort of okay apart from bits where you push the towels in. They are so hard and stiff with almost no flexibility, they either don't grab the towel or do grab it and trap your finger which can be tricky to release again. All previous versions I have used have had flexible grabs which work well. Not recommended, suggest you buy elsewhere.

Absolutely a waste of money. The holders for the tea towels which are usually rubber, on this one are rigid plastic and would tear the tops of your fingers if you were to tried to use it. Went straight into the dustbin.

I bought this for my Mother-in-Law, because she needed a storage facility for her tea towels. My Father-in-Law fitted it in their kitchen and it looks the part but, on use, it has caused pain and discomfort several times, as the grips are too effective, so that those who try to use the device get their fingers caught. Pulling them out is distinctly uncomfortable. Visually, the device looks good in place and was not difficult to fit, but practically, it is a little too effective.

Good price, poor quality. The cups that hold the cloth are made of rigid plastic, just flexible enough to hold a tea towel, but little fingers could easily get trapped, if pushed in. Cant see it lasting long either, as the grips will snap off. Cant understand why they used such rigid plastic.
