Great for constructive play between child & adult
Lego is lego; this is the real thing and not an imitation, so it comes with all the manufacturer's durability and the stimulation for the child.
The only hesitation I have is that the SIZE of the instructions leaflet was so small, I do not consider that to be age-appropriate (Lego's description states that this is for age 3-5 but a 3-year old could definitely not read a leaflet of the size of an adult's hand, and discern what bits they need to search for. They need big, clear pictures, with an arrow or a special colour to guide the child to know what he/she is to search for in order to construct the model according to the picture.
That's an issue for Lego. This particular purchase is at the mercy of Lego, as it's authentic. It "only" means that a child of that age would need adult assistance - unless he/she is a genius in construction.
