Sloppy flex head.
Poor fitting flex head. It wobbles in the handle. However it will do the job and I tested mine to 46Nm of torque without issue. If you are serious about a long flex head buy a Snap On. But as an occasional DIY tool you maybe happy with it.

Excess movement at the flex joint.
Too much side to side movement @ the joint, it should be tighter with no side to side movement. It's still a good tool but requires tightening at the joint.
