Replacing the original seal was very easy, but a little messy, as the original seal rubber had degraded to a black sticky goo, so rubber gloves are recommended if you are attempting this. Recommend wiping the valve seat to remove any bits of the old seal preventing its replacement from sealing properly. New seal fitted and flush functioning perfectly again, no more continuous water wasting dribble.
