I am so glad I was able to get the replacement part for my trusty old Makita sander. Manufacturer has made a revision to the part (exact replacement, part numbers molded on both parts matched). Part was in new, unused condition with rubber pad and repalcement gasket. Honestly I couldn't be happier, this part has returned my sander to like new, awaiting the next project.
