At the mo cant get breadmaking yeast so i ordered this. Bread comes out really nice. 2teaspoons of yeast to approx 3dl liquid and then add flour as needed. Easy! Liquid needs to be about 50°. A little salt, a little sugar and a bit of oil. Dough takes a long time to rise but end result is good.

Never fails to work its magic. I once made the mistake of 'stocking up' which I wouldn't recommend, as it is definitely better fresher, and I keep mine in the fridge. I only make country wines from ingredients such as oak leaves, nettles, elderberries, etc., and this yeast compound always produces a good, lively, fermentation.
