The best brake discs (rotors) by far.
Fantastic braking performance and improved cooling offered by the use of different metals sandwiched together (stainless/alloy/stainless) Another simple design feature is the circular hole in the center which allows the disc to be centered perfectly on the hub (those with a shoulder) this ensures that the disc remains true. The only downside is the cost, though you do get what you pay for. If you do want to save a couple of pounds and if the additional cooling isn't a necessity then go for the SM-RT76 which still has the central hole design and offers the same braking performance for everyday use.
