DW5550 3G HSPA Card
I purchased this to enable 3G mobile on my Dell Latitude E5430. This machine had the card reader built-in but no card fitted at the factory. It can be quite hard to find suitable drivers & they are all 'system specific'. I found mine on the Dell US website. The most recent version i could find was intended for Windows 7. You may need to extract these & load the drivers from Control Panel individually. On Windows 10, five more drivers needed loading after a reboot. Just point the installer(s) at the extracted drivers folder & they load without any drama. It's a fair bit of hastle getting this to work with some systems, but it does work well after this. The card is unlocked so any SIM with data connection will work. 4G cards work at 3G speed.
