Originally got this out from the local library but decided against renewing it repeated times. Instead found it on Ebay and my husband used it as a guide for pickling the cucumbers. I love that that are so many variations and well written guides for various vegetables. Highly recommend for novices and experts. Lovely illustrations too.
This book is in beautiful shape. It looks brand new. But someone else owned it and wrote neat and detailed hints on sticky notes and put them here and there in the book and they were left in and are very much helpful !!!!! I greatly appreciate that they were passed down to me. The contents are easy to understand, this is a book on pickling foods, explains things step by step. I am very happy with this book. Thank you very much.
