Not disapointed!
I purchased this from W2B after my twintec decided to give up on me & rather than spend a stupid amount getting an old water softener repaired,I decided to spend just a bit more for this one.I already had the pipework in place so all I needed to do was chop the floor out of the cupboard and this slotted right in.Really,really easy to set up the timer,put the salt in and away you go,its that simple. I would highly recommend it over a twin tec (as long as you have a power supply available) Overall,Im pleased with it & look forward to many more years of softer water.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

This seems to be working, I connected in place of another much more expensive one. It’s too high with cover on to fit in cupboard, so cut the back end off the cover to enable me to slide it into position. Fit and setup
This is a nicely made product and is working well. works out of the box but the connecters supplied do not fit the standard washing machine type hoses used on both of my old softeners. I had to use reducers, the only ones I could find were brass and difficult to stop leaking. Supplying alternative connectors would have been so much easier.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Soften your tired hands and body with this Economical Water Softener
By purchase and using this Water Conditioner you have no fears the Excellent Price after Sales Service is second to none all details come with it but if you have not had one before you will need the full installation kit. There is a bit of plumbing to do which unless you can do needs a plumber as you must have at least one tap free from softened water for drinking ect. Once fitted and regulated it just needs Salt which lasts a long time dependant on usage. I myself have just replaced the previous one which got old so it was like water on a duck's back.
