My new Russel Hobbs microwave operates smoothly, and more quietly than my old Logic one. It is easy to clean, and heats food quickly, to the desired temperature. This appliance is much bigger than I thought it would be. The grill and conventional oven are disappointing as the food does not get close enough to the grilling element and the oven takes a long time to cook.
