Whitens pretty well
My teeth are definitely a few shades whiter than before I used these strips. However, they are not as white as I would like them to be. Years of coffee drinking had made my teeth discolored. I plan on using another box or I might try a box of the Crest 3D Whitestips next. DO NOT brush your teeth right before using them or it will burn your gums. I waited about ten minutes after brushing and only experienced a slight burning sensation. Try to not talk a lot or move your lips around while the strips are on because they tend to slide of with movement. These are probably great for people who have only slightly discolored teeth but they at least made a little difference. Overall good product!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Flimsy & made my teeth more yellow
