Great phone and handy pocket size
Bought to replace the same phone which sadly no longer worked. It is an older style preowned phone but one which is very much liked and this one is in good condition and to date having no problems. The battery seems to be holding good charge but cannot comment further as previously stated this is an old Nokia no longer produced and obviously the battery will have deteriorated from its new state. Just delighted to have been able to find the same model as I do not like smart phones and this I would call an inbetween, the keypad is quicker than a basic phone and it has swipe for selecting items. Ideal small and functional, however plastic casing is flimsy and could easily crack , touch screen is very slow to respond and can stick . Good Mobile
Very good mobile phone easy to use compact a lot of the features of a smart phone without the ugly size. Great little phone
I love this phone. I've had two now and been pleased with them. Its small enough to fit in your pocket, has plenty of features for someone who doesn't need an all singing all dancing phone and who wouldn't use a lot of the features on a more modern phone. Its easy to use and the battery life is amazing! Two days or even three depending on usage. Its the best phone I've ever had. A pity that they don't make them any more and are hard to find. The only reason I bought a new one was because the letters and numbers wore off the keypads but that was probably my own fault, I have a habit of using my thumb nails to text!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The Asha 300 is a slim easy in the pocket smartphone with all the characteristics and features you expect of a modern day phone coupled with old style technology Obviously putting old and new together in one package results in some compromises like the smaller screen area to accommodate the keyboard which may not appeal to those people who prefer a big touch/type screen, but is fine for people who not yet at ease with such technology. Everyday use of the Asha 300 is well within most peoples comfort zone, I particularly like the slide bar switch on, good sound volume level, and the menus are easy to navigate with clear bright graphics, although on the downside the touch screen can be a bit reluctant to respond sometimes. The five megapixel camera is also easy to use with good results and you can add more storage memory if needed. All in all a good little phone for not a lot of money which would appeal to all those people who like to live with older technology that they are accustomed to whilst giving them the option of becoming more familiar with the modern stuff.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good basic phone
I purchased this to replace one I had, which had stopped working. It stated it was a new phone but it was in a box which wasn't sealed and the instructions consisted of some photocopied (badly) sheets of paper. Fortunately I still had my old instruction book or I would have had problems. The battery life is not what a brand new phone should give. I wanted this model as it is very good but can't be bought in the shops any more and the price was reasonable but it shouldn't be advertised as new. I really only need to be able to phone, text and take photos (camera quality is very good) and it is touch screen - very simple to use. A compact mobile that is easy to operate and I particularly like the slightly raised keys. Although the size of the screen is but 2 thirds the size of the of the mobile - I find it easy to view I have given just four stars because the photos are not always sharp enough, but they are generally acceptable. It's gold!
Although the casing is a little plasticy I love this phone. I like having little QWERTY keys, I like the colour display and I love that it is gold and shiny. Current smartphones are just too much at the moment and I get lost in all the things it can do, although for many people like my daughter, these are things that can't be lived without. They are getting bigger every year and I just do not want them so large. All I require is a small, neat phone that fits into my handbag or pocket. All I need is to be able to text, to phone and with this little camera on board, to take the odd spontaneous photo. enough for what i need
this nokia phone replaces exact same model Ive had for years which broke recently. Its fine for what I want - texts, calls and camera .It has facility to go on internet and emails but i use my laptop for that. I have a minimal charge contract - so happy with that.
