Recommend for insomnia
I struggle with insomnia all my life, before I discovered theanine I slept around 4h a day as nothing I tried worked very well. I found that this dose works best for me and doesn't make me sleepy during the day. I take it together with magnesium thearonate. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.
