Good DVD - especially as it was less than the price of 1 fitness class!
I bought this DVD as I wanted to get a bit more toned / hopefully lose a little weight also. Unfortunately I have only done this DVD twice as I have been doing a lot of walking so don't really dislike anything about it yet! It is quite repetitive which I quite like but may not like that once I have done it numerous times! The instructions are quite clear and the first time I did the DVD, I could really feel it the next again day. Think it would get a bit boring doing it 2/3 times a week but think you would definitely see results as it is a real workout. Need to buy some dumb-bells rather than using pasta sauce! Haven't used any other DVD's for a long time so don't have anything to compare against.

Excellent DVD
I baught this DVD years ago and lost a stone. I lost the DVD and that's why I ordered another one. It is excellent and so easy to follow. I get board of most exercise DVD but not this one.

great dvd with short but effective workouts.
gr8 dvd with good workouts.interval training is gr8 and effective. def built up a sweat!!! pretty easy to follow. can do as much or as little as you want depending on how much time you have got to spare.
