Northern Soul Covers by a Uk
True northern soulies hated this band and their very limited song set list. Me I'm open minded. It reminds me of people I knew including a pair of Northern soul dancer brothers and life in the 70's. Most of these songs are covers by this English band who were a "mass produced" 70's Northern soul song group and who didn't last long There big hit on TOTP was Skiing in the Snow a cover of course from David and the Giants but there are a couple of tracks that are their own including lyrics to Northern soul dancer the B side. They also cover My Girl, and also a couple more by David and the Giants in Superlove and Ten Miles High. It's happy and upbeat music and it reminds me of a more carefree and happy life. I wish we could all go back to it
