It's spray mount in a can. Sticking after allowing to drty, it can often be re-positioned, but don't count on it after leaving it a while. Still better than the imitators.
Always use upright if you want a chance of keeping the nozzle clear. It will still get blocked eventually in which case, buy some spare spray tops from the internet as this stuff is not cheap. It does represent value for money if you need to use it though.
Also good for applying a thin very even layer of glue to things and can be used as a contact adhesive if you don't want to unstick it again.
