A must for any Dr Who lover - young and older
When you first place the DVD into your machine, a cheesy "BBC CHILDREN'S" title comes up. I love the character of Sarah Jane and can remember that, rather than the traditional Dr Who adult companions, the Sarah Jane Adventures had kids rather than adult companions. I though "oh dear, bit too old for this stuff..." how wrong I was. The Sarah Jane adventures is engaging, exciting and at times - even scary. This is not just a program for children, anyone can watch this and really enjoy it. Elizabeth Sladen was a remarkable actress and her teenage companions enhance her character very well. The TARDIS is replaced with Mr Smith (the computer), the sonic screwdriver with the sonic lipstick and scanner watch and all alien action is stopped from an attic in suburban London. I really enjoy this series, and I am not a child! This is a great show you will watch time and time again and is well worth your money, you will not be disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

If you're a fan of Doctor Who you'll love this as it introduces you to many new aliens and mysteries to solve each episode with guest appearances from the doctor as well.
