Hi brilliant book. I lost 8lb in 7 days, had a headache 2nd day, think it was down to caffeine withdrawal. Felt fab by day 4, wouldnt recommend doing the diet if you have a heavy work load as you do feel more tired due to lack of caffeine and false sugars. Not quite in 7 days......
The title says 7Ib in 7 days. It wasn't the case for me but then I'm not particularly overweight. I have however lost 15Ib in 5 weeks and feel a whole lot better for it. The weight is no longer dropping but more importantly its not going back on either.
