Scuff marks as pictured. Photographer, artist and writer Henry Wilson has long been a lover of India, and has travelled there extensively. His first book was Benares, published by Thames & Hudson in 1985. Since then his photographs have appeared in The World of Interiors, Architectural Digest and other magazines, and in books, most recently India Contemporary 2007), also published by Thames & Hudson. His drawings of motifs from Indian architecture, as seen in the present book, inspired Osborne & Little to commission the Sariskar Collection of wallpapers from him.
