Very easy to read and uses real life case studies to demonstrate what can be achieved if communities work together to grow food, as well as providing a comprehensive index of foragable goodies and when to harvest them. Also includes several useful recipes for how to preserve some of your harvests, such as making jams, chutneys, fruit cheeses and leathers; as well as suggestions on how to serve/use foraged foods. All in all a lovely book to have and read
