An excellent drink, very good value for money, quick and easy to produce, i only use half the recommended amount of Oak Chips and reduce the suggested amount of Sugar by 100g, its all to your own taste, still might be a little sweet for some, experiment and enjoy

Easy and cheaper than buying wine from stores.
Very easy to follow instructions. No mess. Just follow the instructions. Also good support if you have any queries. This is the second one I have tried and my second batch was better than my first one! Only downside is the choice of wines but maybe more will appear in the future.
