boiled linseed oil
I bought this product to coat my gransfors bruks small forest axe hickory shaft a small amount goes far it brought the grain through on my axe handle and dries in quickly depending on how much you use remember small amounts go far when using boiled linseed oil everytime my axe is used my axe handle will be recoated again so it should darken the shaft slightly as i use it as my axe is brand new as will the grain of the hickory handle show more prominant great product would recommend it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Its grteat on a guitar
What can I say? It works I used it to finish a guitar I was building and it did a beautiful job of bringing out the grain in anotherwise boring piece of wood, It gives the wood a sort of "Golden" sheen as well. Its not the fasytest drying finish I have used on something (its been about fived days since its last coat but the look is definitely worth it.
