Versatile dishes
Made up a batch of beef stew and another of shepherds pie and froze them in these dishes, later I oven cooked them and all went well. You cannot take from the freezer straight into the oven (the dishes would crack) so you must remember to defrost the meals first. If I get a bigger freezer in the future I may well buy some more of these dishes.
