The title is accurate, describing the contents perfectly.
I already liked the company that makes these workout videos. I’d never used a workout with this particular leader, but she is clear with her directions and models the moves well. The music is fun, and the workout challenges without being too difficult. The dvd has no scratches, as well as the case being undamaged.
