The Onkyo TX-NR509 has 3D capabilities, as well, and can process 3D movies, games, and television broadcasts to any suitable 3D display device. Four HDMI inputs allow this Onkyo receiver to handle high-definition audio and 1080-pixel video content. By leveraging Onkyo remote applications, users can control the Onkyo TX-NR509 via a smartphone or a portable music player, controlling key features, such as set tone, volume, and input selection. This Onkyo receiver also leverages overlay display so that users do not need to stop content to control and navigate this home network receiver, making it a user-friendly addition to any home theater set-up.
