Scans 35mm slides
It scans 35mm slides 16 at one time. I had another G4050 scanner which was about 19 years old, and sometimes it, stopped working halfway through scanning 16 slides, it is good to have a new one which finishes all 16 slides. With the advancement of photographic technology in recent years, I don't think scanners that will scan slides are made anymore?

I've used it to scan flatbed pages but also various slides and negatives. This is where it truly shines! Great capture and colour reproduction. Best of all works out of the box with Windows 10

Upgrade to a perfect workhorse!
Replacing a broken G4010, that worked perfectly for 14 years, see no reason why this upgrade would not continue to serve in the same manner!
