Good roller, with a bit of give, good support for lying on and nice stretch if you cannot stand the firm rollers
It’s softer than many to be found online, though provides reasonable support for me. I use it to lie on while doing some arm exercises to open up the chest. I was using the firmer version at the gym, but this is works well for this purpose. In addition it is also works for a softer session of rolling, which I cannot currently do with the firm rollers.

Lovely roller
This roller is really soft which is exactly what I wanted. I do think £30 for a roller is a bit expensive as the hard ones are much cheaper but as I am happy with the product I don't mind. Took a little while to come
