Interesting Book
This book covers 2,000 years of European history from a unique angle. Major figures such as Henry VIII and Napoleon make brief appearances in a larger picture of the passage of time. Occasionally it is a little difficult to remember who everybody is but given the number of them and the repeated use of names this is only to be expected. I really thought this book was going to be funny, but so far (and I haven't got far) it's not and I'm finding it quite hard going.
