Classic Revell kit.
When it arrived I was amazed at how big the box is. On opening it all the parts were in bags , the decal sheet is quite big and look pretty good. The clear parts are ok , the only down side is the seam line going down the canopy which will have to be removed and polished out , see YouTube. The cockpit lacks a lot of detail in my opinion so will need a bit of work maybe an aftermarket resin kit. The landing gear is ok but because of the weight of the finished model I think metal landing gear would be good. The kit has rubber tyres. The parts are nicely moulded with recessed panel lines ,you maybe able to get some after market etch for this kit but I have not checked. The parts fit is ok will need some filler here and there. I would say this kit is for the more experienced modeller with a little patience and time a good quality model can be achieved. A nice classic Revell kit ,at a good price , the othe option is the Tamiya kit, but be prepared to pay at least twice the price for it.
