This is a better than OEM part as the piston type should out preform the original diaphram style.
In my case I was supprised to see that the one I replaced was also a Pierberg piston type.
Time will tell as they say.
Valve is good, the seal not so good.
Overtime it will fail and leak oil.
Suggestion; measure it and get a good quality resistant to heat seal that fits. I found one and now I can just switch the seal when seal fails.
