This book inspired a personal experiment that became a habit that has increased my creativity many times over. "Doodling" down my thoughts and stray ideas has, one, made sure I don't forget them and, two, allowed me to collect and combine and refine them into ideas that have made huge leaps in my professional development. I carry this book in my bag all the time and stop to jot down my thoughts as they occur. The quotes that were provided are pretty good and several have become favorites. The page format has also helped me "doodle" drawings into my notes that make the ideas clearer as I review them. I've nearly filled the first copy of this book, bought two years ago at a Goodwill store. It's taken a beating from every day carry. The cover is covered in duct tape to hold it together. I made this purchase to be sure that I've got another when the time comes for volume two.
