Siphon your beer into a sterilised keg. Use only well cleaned and sterilised bottles, proper beer bottles with either flip-top or crown cap, or PET bottles with screw cap. Leave warm for two weeks then move to a cool place for clearing.

Good base for adventurous brewers
I use this as a base for making grapefruit/citrus IPA. Works well with an extra 25g of flavour hops.
