A great knife, but over priced.
The DISCONTINUED Spyderco Slysz Bowie is a great knife..it’s great..the design, the action, the blade, the lockup and look and feel in your hand is all great..what isn’t great is the price of this knife. When it was still in production, Spyderco had it listed msrp at $499. And you could buy it for less than $300 on retail sites...Now that it is a discontinued knife..you can’t touch it for under $450.. and some are going for over $600....and that’s the price of a new in box Chris Reeve Large Sebenza 21. So, in summary I paid way more than I should of for my Slysz Bowie because I really wanted one for my collection.but is that a good value..not in my opinion.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Greatest Spyderco knife
I love the Slysz Bowie. I’ve been after the original since getting the knife joy exclusive. Now, realistically, the price I paid is way more than they went for, and some would argue it’s definitely not worth it. Value is what something is worth to the buyer. I simply wanted it…period. The Slysz Bowie, in my opinion, is the greatest Spyderco knife, and will make a great addition to my collection, and for regular edc.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
