Plastic is very creased and I don't know...
Plastic is very creased and I don't know how long it will hold up in use until I use it. Main problem is the strap which is WAY too short, if you try to wear it cross-wise the map is under your armpit so impossible to read, and you don't always want it hanging down your chest and banging around there. I will have to make the strap longer myself.

Strap too short, clumsy buckles but good quality
A strong case that is a little bit clumsy - caused by the folding to half size possibility which adds lumpy extra toggles. Otherwise excellent apart from the strap being too short to go under your arm as well as round your neck. I soon found a replacement strap.

Good double sided map case and reasonably priced.
Double sided Map case, that is a good size to fit the map into. Good closure at the top, should keep everything dry. I have not used these over an extended period, so I am unsure how long they will last, but they seem quite tough.

Great value generous size and good quality.
It's generously sized so you don't rip the cover or damage the OS map like you do with tighter map cases. Strong Velcro map compartment fastener: the map certainly won't fall out! Minor gripe is Velcro strips for folding up the wallet (when it's not in use) catch in soft clothing when it is opened for use, but easily covered with a short strip of opposite gender Velcro.

Not waterproof at All!
Used this for a three hour trek in the rain, by the end my map was soaking wet because the water came in on the fabric edges! Worst map case I've ever bought.
