This brace does give me adjustable support without overly restricting my movements too much, I can still bend over to pick something up from the floor but you know you have it on, it really is helping with my sciatica, bringing me relief whilst still letting me breath. The only problem I have found is if I am doing heavy manual work it can get a little warm and sweaty around the brace, although I can't blame it for that. Overall an excellent supportive adjustable brace at a very reasonable price.
