I have an old VHS player and the read head needed cleaning so I ordered this product and it worked a treat. Easy to use, just apply the cleaning fluid to the tape through the application hole and play the cleaning tape in the player. I ran it through twice. I can now watch my old VHS tapes. I would recommend this product.

Can not say anything bad about this item as we were not able to use it and can not say that it did the job we thought was the heads needed cleaning. The fault was the machine itself it had stopped working and would not run the tape at all.
