WANT TO BE HEALTHY - THIS IS A GOOD FIND
I read this book fifteen or so years ago and it was fascinating. I was a vegan at the time and thought I would never do it for myself but then I had some health challanges - years later, and boy what a life saver. Now, not only have I read the book again, but in following it I am feeling so much better. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say this is a 25 as it is good for everyone to know about this method and if you are sick - why stay sick, read the book and see what it can do for you. Enjoy.
