Great equipment for strengthening my ankle
I was shown this by my physio for one of my exercises for my ankle. It’s exactly the same as the one I tried. It’s easy to use & I have it easily accessible so use it a lot & don’t have to “get it out” as I stand on it whilst watching tv, looking out the window etc obviously keep concentrating on my stability at the same time! So it’s not one of those pieces of equipment I have to make an effort to get out of a cupboard to use.

Very easy to use once you learn how to ballance onit, we work out to music.
