Damaged
The safe is good, very strong and I think worth the money. I am disappointed that the outer cover has a huge crack in it from bottom to top, so it falls off easily. The Real Thing
A solidly constructed proper key safe rather than just an external key cabinet, which is home insurance approved. Comes with instructions and fixing fasteners. There is a handy template for drilling the holes but I would suggest using the paper template provided to create a cardboard template that lays flatter on the brickwork whilst the paper one tends to distort and in turn misaligns the holes. The concrete screws looked the part however one of the heads broke off whilst tightening down. Quickly remedied by getting some steel thunderbolts. This is the second Supra C500 KeySafe I have used for a community hall ( gate and front door). The safe is unobtrusive , weather proof, and well constructed. Even if bashed off the wall the keys would still be within the safe which is made out of hardened metal. The safe is easy to fit with 4 self tapping screws into masonry. Bought this key safe on the recommendation of the homecare agency that look after my mother-in-law. They use a locksmith to fit them if required. Easy to follow instructions to set the code - can be alpha numeric and the number of characters used in the code is user defined.Comes with four T30 torx head 'coach' bolts that fix directly into the brickwork (no wall plugs required).
