In this adaptation of the Edgar Rice Burroughs novel, Peter Cushing and Doug McClure are scientists who pilot a mechanical excavator to the centre of the Earth. They find themselves in the Kingdom of Pellucidar where they encounter a tribe which is under attack from giant prehistoric creatures.

Product Information

Set in 1898. A dotty scientist has designed a machine which will burrow to the Earth's centre. But something goes dramatically wrong and the crew end up in the sub-terranean kingdom of Pellucidar, where, amidst the vines and lava flows, the adventurers encounter a weird civilisation enslaved by the Mahars - a tyrranical race of giant prehistoric monsters.
