The construction of the tube has an overlapping splice that is much stronger than a butt splice - often used on other inner tubes. The Splice is also placed on the opposite side the valve to create a more balanced inner tube.

Good for fat e-bikes with 20 inch wheels
Bought this tough tube to replace the thin inner tube supplied on my 20 inch wheel by 3.3 inch wide fat e-bike. I kept getting constant punctures so needed a plan! This tube is so much thicker and better quality. Also filled the tube with Stans NoTubes sealant for added puncture protection. Only question I had was should the double nuts on the valve stem be one inside the wheel rim / or both outside the rim? I went with both outside. Hope this helps you too.
