  • Nothing like as good as the books

I wish I could say I loved it but I just didn't. The acting was just so poor and the story lines just don't do the books justice. The books are so much better. I still love reading the books as an adult and anyone seeing the TV versions would wonder why Enid Blyton's still so popular. I'd say to any would be fan of Enid Blyton that you should ignore the TV series and just read the books. I dread to think what she'd think of these TV adaptions if she were still alive.
