Works OK
This steamer was fairly easy to use, I bought it brand new in box. Pros: * Multi purpose - I have used to steam appliances, floors, clothes, spot clean carpet, works great for all. * Lots of steam * Twin Tank Technology separates clean water and solution tanks to give you the option to clean with or without solution Cons: * Takes a while to get going good (maybe like 5 minutes or so). * Trigger needs to be continuously pulled to keep team going. * Gets heavy to push when using mop function, so it's not really lightweight. I got this for a great price so its worth what I paid but if I would've paid retail price I might be a little disappointed.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

100% better than Bissell!
It's so much better than the past 2 Bissells I had. I love that I control when the steam is on with the easy trigger. The Bissell is always on which is not always good. I also love how the pad pops off and there is a bristle brush underneath for scrubbing floors. It works wonderfully on my tile floors. I also like that the water reservoir is removable for easy filling at the sink. The Bissell is very awkward because you have to lay the whole steamer mop on its side at the sink and try to align the faucet with where the hole is. Also makes it difficult to empty the water when you are finished. The Hoover also has an additional, removable reservoir for a cleaning solution. I haven't tried it yet as I haven't needed it, but in case I do it's a great feature. The attachments all come with the Hoover steamer vs the Bissell where most of them have to be purchased separately. The brushes go in the on board holder on the back of the Hoover steamer. Amazing
This is so much better than the last steamer I had and couldn't believe what a great deal it was. It has a grout scrubber which I haven't seen on other steamers. Also attachments the others don't have. Haven't tried it on carpets yet but that will come.
