Fabulous and Excellent
These Binatone walkie Talkies are excellent. The range is great, the signal is really clear, they are great for little hands, easy for kids to use and an added bonus is they come with their own rechargeable cradle, so no batteries to keep replacing. They are lightweight, Sturdy and an all round excellent item. Excellent
Two years ago I bought one pair (at double the price). Used to communicate around the farm. Visiting friends at Christmas they told me a story of the husband (who is over 80) taking the dogs for a walk, had slipped over and couldn't get up. The dogs returned home without him and it was an hour before his wife went looking for him. I bought them a pair of these PMRs on Ebay this time, as a post-Christmas present. The wife told me he took great delight in setting them up. He said the instructions were 'very clear', and he went for a walk and when furthest from home, called his wife - 'loud and clear'. I am certainly in their good books now! Then I bought another pair for my workshop. We keep them all plugged into the chargers switched on 24/7. I did check with the supplier that they came with the dual charger as it did not specifically state this in the advert and I could not believe the good price (as they were identical to the first ones). The only downside is that, unlike its competitors, there is no means of locking the keypad which causes a few problems. Looks like a toy but does the real thing.
