Great Product, but not so easy to set up.
Had to resort to a Google Search and then some thinking out side the box! To get my existing HomePlug AV units to talk to the new units I wanted to extend my network. I found this method best. First get a Multiway mains extension. Take one unit from your existing network and pair them in the extension with no other connection. Each time you pair a unit you will find that one of the LED's Flashes until pairing is completed be patient! Next remove one unit and connect the next unit to pair. Pair it with the unit that is still plugged in to the block. Remove it when complete and plug in the next unit. You can do this until you have all of your units paired. When it comes to adding another unit later, you only have to removed one unit from your network and fit it and the new unit to the mains multi-way adapter and pair them. Remember you have to press the pairing button on the existing network unit first and then press the pair button on the new unit. This loads the correct encryption key to each unit from an existing unit.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Just follow the instructions - you will need cables from the router/ cable box to the adapter, and from the adapter to the PC/Laptop at the remote end. Simple solution to a common problem
I’m on my second set now, for use at my parents house. Their router lives upstairs in a bedroom, the walls are made of cinder blocks which must love wifi signal as there is poor coverage in other bedrooms using mobile devices and little to no coverage downstairs at all! I’m using mine to extend wifi to my summerhouse 50 metres from the router. I have seamless coverage throughout the whole house and garden now.
