Not very happy!
Tried to use the kit was a disaster 😆. I left the wax to warm up for 20-25 min and use it on my arms first, one arm was ok, but on the left arm I burned my skin. I thought that maybe is my, not knowing how to use it. I then tried it underarms and upper lip. Same thing happened, burned and damage my skin. Underarms didn't even work, didn't pull any hair 🙈 had to use the epilator to finish the job. The special wax for lips and eyebrows left my with a nasty burn on my upper lip area, that was really embarrassing, plus took more then 30 min to warm up. No happy with the product, probably the wax is not a very good quality. I'll give it another go and if same thing happens I'll throw the all kit! Aso the instruction manual very small and not giving to much information! The three lotions that comes with the kit, seemed to be the only thing good about it 😅

Brilliant piece of kit.
