"Cop a walk!) and a run
Our apartment living room is measured in small footage and this small treadmill fits in the available open space and we place it facing the TV. It was easy to set up but I'm 81 and physically weak but with my wife's help we got it together. I followed the directions shown in the assembly manual. My gait is a problem when I walk but on the treadmill I walked normally taking long steps.The angle of the tread is not too severe and you can lower it a small amount. It's been suggested in other reviews that we place a thick board under the rear support to give a flatter, sidewalk style, surface. The front handle that has the digital display could have been made closer (the same length as the bottom bracket) and the handles could have been a folding design for a better silhouette while folded.

Good for walking.
