External hard drive enclosure.
A very neat little case. Takes a bit of fiddling to fit as there are no screws so holding everything in place while the parts are pressed together. Once fitted it is very compact and the drive feels very secure within. I don't know how easy it will be to get the drive back out but I'm fine with that as I have no intention of removing it any time soon. Make Sure You Are Ordering the Correct Interface!
Check carefully that you are ordering the correct interface. There are many 'flavours' of 'SATA'. Check Wikipedia Serial_ATA I think this item is mSATA (left) and I needed M.2 (right).

Top caddy used for my xbox one
So easy to put together Literally insert the harddrive chip board onto the hardrive then slide into the lid part then clip into the main box . So simple and great sturdy design the lead is very robust very impressed . Has a flashing led when inserted . Very fast data transfer literally plugger into my xbox one and it was formatted in a second. Great deliver too. Idiot Proof Case
A very easy to use case. I unpacked the case and it was just 4 items, front, back, sata connection and cable. It was just a matter of connecting the sata to the hdd, lining it up in the case and snapping the two halves together, job done, connected the cable and plug and play. I have bought two of them so far with a planned third over the next few days. My only gripe about the item, is I think that the cable that is supplied is too short, only about 30cms (12 inches), could do with one about double that length.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Excellent device, look no further. Brilliant performance.
Excellent device, getting higher speeds than a USB3 flash drive when using it with an ADATA SU630 2.5 SSD. I'm able to run Ubuntu Mate on it via USB3 and get write speeds over 200Mb/s. It runs very well, no lag. I took a punt on a different caddy, I was really disappointed, it's a lot slower than this caddy, and I couldn't even boot from it. Could be easier to open and swap drives, minor gripe. Oh, and the price increase since my purchase, still happy to pay the new price. Hoping they come back in stock. just look at the built quality of the green board
this usb 3.0 2.5 enclosure gives full write & read speeds (in my case 40mb using 2.0 usb port) unlike the cheaper china made enclosures with the very cheap looking boards which gave me max 15mb speeds.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
